“Amazing timely service, nothing was too much trouble. Time put into modifying our itinerary for Evan [student with cerebral palsy] was so appreciated. It was so good to have details straight after deposit was paid: packing lists, general info, etc. Emma [guide] worked really hard to give lots of interesting info and the students took a lot on board. Urban Challenge was great and good for orientation skills. Safety: brilliant – lots of tips given to us along the way and Crystal Cascades felt really good for safety. Emma connected with anxious students and it took a load off me. Always considerate and caring. We really like that it is all inclusive, food, etc. My favourite thing was taking students out of their comfort zone. We love coming and love the personal service of Laurie and Pete and the team. Thank you so much for all of the extra attention to detail: birthdays, DFO, and Ethan today. It made everyone feel so special.”
